Recruitment guidelines
Anyone may apply — there is a single eligibility requirement.
1You must be 18 or older. That is the only eligibility requirement.
Schedule
1Applications — always open (rolling recruitment)
2Review & matching — ongoing with the Association and partner companies
3Auditions & interviews — arranged per career track with selected candidates
Rewards & benefits: announced per career track. Contract terms, training, schedules, and fees are finalized directly with selected candidates.
How selection works
Selection is blind. No prior experience is required for many tracks; basic Korean is a plus, not a must. Applicants under 18 may apply, but selection follows the eligibility rule above.
